We will take you on a tour through our cocoa plantations so you can learn about the varieties of cocoa trees, the characteristics and the fruit, as well as everything that is involved in the process of bringing this beneficial fruit to the table.

Lunch.

During the afternoon our masseuse will take care of your rest and relaxation through an individual massage (60 minutes for each one) in the shala.

• Dinner with special menu at the Gazebo.
• 1 glass of wine to choose between red or white
• Natural seasonal fruit juice
• Water
• Macaw green salad made with fresh garden products, hibiscus, gotu kola, moringa, kale, lettuce, tomato and carrot, with a dressing based on cocoa juice.
• Chicken breast with spinach and parmesan with a sauce based on cocoa mucilage and 100% cocoa Macaw kakau chocolate.
• Rice in the garden, produced at the Macaw Lodge Farm
• Fresh mushrooms and  broccoli in soy sauce.
• Artisanal chocolate ice creams based on the coconut “tocino de cielo” dessert.

This is a hike that runs 800 meters (about half a mile) through the deep forest, to explore plants, animals, history and scenic beauty. Your effort will be rewarded with time to take a refreshing dip and play in the waterfalls.
